Use this page to stop receiving messages sent through Boulton.
Boulton is a software platform. Businesses use it to send outreach to potential customers. If you received a message, it was sent by one of our clients, using our platform — not by us.
You can stop it. There are two options, and they do different things.
Option 1 — Stop hearing from the company that messaged you
Reply to the message you received and say you want to be removed.
That company will stop contacting you. It is the fastest route, and it goes straight to the person who actually wrote to you.
This does not remove you from Boulton. Other companies using our platform may still contact you.
Option 2 — Stop hearing from anyone using Boulton
Use the form below. We add you to our platform-wide do-not-contact list. Every message sent through Boulton is checked against that list before it goes out, so no company using our platform will be able to message you again.
This is permanent. You do not need to ask twice, and you do not need to contact each company separately.
Prefer email? Write to privacy@boulton.ai instead. Include the email address you were contacted at, and the LinkedIn profile URL if that is where you were messaged. It reaches the same place.
What we do with your request
- We add you to our platform-wide do-not-contact list.
- We delete the personal information we hold about you.
- We keep one thing: a record that you asked not to be contacted.
That last point is deliberate, and worth explaining. We cannot refuse to contact you in future if we do not remember that you asked us to stop. That record exists only to keep your request working. It is never used to contact you, and it is not used for anything else.
One honest limitation. We obtain business contact information from third-party data providers. One of them may supply a record about you to us again in future — we have no control over what they hold. Our do-not-contact list is checked before any message is sent, so you will not be contacted — but we cannot promise that no record about you ever re-enters our systems.
How long it takes
We process requests promptly. If you are still receiving messages more than ten business days after you contact us, tell us — reply to your confirmation email. That would be a failure on our end and we want to know about it.
Where your information came from
We did not guess your address. Business contact information in our platform comes from commercial business-data providers and publicly available business sources, and our client chose to contact you based on your role and employer.
